Shipping Cost:

All orders over £25: FREE

All orders under £25: £3.50

Shipping Times:

For items in stock please allow 3-5 working days from purchase for your order to be packaged and dispatched to you. 

For printed to order items please allow 10-14 working days from purchase for your order to be printed, packaged and dispatched to you.

You will be notified by email when your item has been dispatched and entered into the Royal Mail system. 

All items are shipped using a Royal Mail tracked service and should be delivered to you within 2-4 working days of Royal Mail receiving your order. 

During busy periods such as Christmas post may become delayed. Please allow 10 days from receiving your dispatch email before contacting me to notify me that your item has not been received. Once you do notify me I will contact Royal Mail to track your item.

I currently only ship to the UK, however if you are an international customer and would like to place an order, please contact me at: hello@permanomia.com for a shipping quote to your country. (Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs).

*From time to time I may offer different delivery methods based on busy mailing periods, such as Christmas. A notice will be posted on the homepage when this is offered
