Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

I don't offer a custom service as such but if you would like a print in a different size or one of the wall hangings in a different colour then please get in touch as I may be able to accommodate this request. (Any non standard print sizes that are produced as a custom order or any custom colour ways are non returnable)


How do you send out your prints?

All prints sized A5 - A3 are packaged in a board backed clear cello cover, wrapped in tissue paper and then packaged in a board backed envelope or suitable postage box. Prints sized above A3 are rolled in tissue and packaged in a cardboard tube.


What is a Giclee print?

Giclee prints are a superior quality art print that beautifully reproduce the original painting on fine art papers. They are museum quality prints that are lightfast and stable and have fantastic longevity. They are as near to owning the original painting as its possible to get with a print.

Are frames included?

All purchases are for the prints only, I do not sell frames. Where prints are pictured in frames this is for illustration purposes only. My prints are standard sizes and frames for them are widely available online and on the high street. (From time to time I may offer a framed print for sale, which will be clearly stated in the product description, these will generally be one off items.)


Do you ship outside the UK?

I currently only ship to the UK but I would be happy to quote you for shipping anywhere in the world if you are an international buyer. Please contact me by email at: hello@permanomia.com

Do you accept returns and offer refunds?

I do accept returns as long as I am notified of your wish to return within 14 days of you receiving the item. The items must be returned in the same condition they were received in and should not have been removed from their protective cello packaging. 

Any damage to the items on return to me will be deducted from any refund owed to you, so it is important that the items are sent back well packaged and a tracked delivery option is used as any items lost in the post will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued once your items have been delivered back to me, have been assessed and any amounts owed adjusted for damage. Usually within 7-10 working days. Please see the separate refund policy for further information.

Please note I do not refund shipping costs. 


What if my item is damaged or there is an issue?

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives with you and notify me if there is any damage, if your item is defective or if you have received the wrong item, so any issues can be rectified as soon as possible. 

On the rare occasion that your item may have gone missing please wait 10 days from receiving your dispatch notification before contacting me.

Any items that are sold as samples, seconds or custom size prints are non returnable.

All items are shipped using a Royal Mail tracked service, so they get to you as quickly as possible. Please see the separate shipping policy for further information.
